I’m Nina

A few years ago, as I entered midlife, I felt an exhaustion no amount of sleep could fix. Mornings were overwhelming, and doctors dismissed it as “just your age.” So I became my own health detective, exploring hormones, nutrition, stress, and more until I slowly began to feel like myself again.

That journey led me to become a Naturopathic Health Coach, and now I help other women in midlife make sense of their symptoms and reclaim their energy.
